I've now bought two sets of bedroom furniture from Supply Only Bedrooms. What they supply is comparable (and in some respects superior) to Sharps, Hammonds etc, and even after employing a professional fitter, still at less than half the price

The cabinet quality is very good, with good detail of construction. The use of 18mm board throughout make for a good solid job but without excessive weight. The larger units come with a gap of about 25mm behind which is useful for hiding cables etc., but also provides an insulating gap for units fixed against cold outside walls. Units stand on adjustable feet, which means one can reach under units to run electrics, and adjust as carpets settle. Also, since they stand clear of skirting boards, one does not have to cut the units themselves to fit around them - one just has to shape the plinths.

The smaller units fully assembled, which might add a bit to their price, but saves a lot in labour costs and time when fitting - and the drawers all work properly! The drawers again are of solid 18mm construction with metal sides

Ordering was a bit long-winded, but then I didn't really know what I wanted, and needed quite a lot of guidance, which I got, and ended up with an excellent job. Delivery was fairly quick and a very few minor problems were all sorted quickly and without fuss.

Supply Only Bedrooms are one of the few enterprises now filling the gap left by MFI's bankrupcy and offer a comprehensive range of units as standard (c.f. B&Q's very limited range, for example), which was my main reason for choosing them. After seeing the result I have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to friends.

Mike at Supply Only Bedrooms was brilliant at working with me to create a good design that met my needs and was within my ability to assemble. The materials delivered were excellent and the finished product looks great - and its all custom built to fit the room perfectly. Excellent product and excellent service! I was attracted to this company because of the wide range of sizes available - you can have each type of unit in almost any size, making the bedroom design very flexible. Also doors and drawer fronts come in a variety of styles and colours to suit every taste. Mike was very helpful throughout and follows up with courtesy calls to ensure everything is satisfactory. Have recommended to a friend and would definitely use this company again.
