Fittting Blanking Cabinets/Corner Angle Robes?
When fitting Blanking Cabinets or Corner Angle Robes it is important that you use a filler piece against the blanking/side panel. This allows space for the opening of doors and drawers in the adjacent unit.
How are Robes/Corner Robes assembled?
To assemble the Standard Robes:
1.0 Place the side cheek onto a flat surface (floor), ensuring that the area is clear of any debris etc.
2.0 Insert all fittings starting with the bolt which inserts into the first hole from the front edge and then the dowel, this can be checked by offering the horizontal part up to the side cheek.
3.0 Insert cams into all horizontal parts (shelves, tops and bottoms).
4.0 Offer horizontal pieces into side cheeks and tighten cams.
5.0 Insert cams into 18mm back panel.
6.0 Offer back panel onto side cheek ensuring that the cam holes will face the back and are unseen within the cabinet.
7.0 Tighten back cams.
8.0 Offer side cheek onto horizontal shelving, top, bottom and back and tighten.
9.0 Insert leg sockets with main bottom profile overlapping the side cheek bottom for support. Making sure front diameter of socket is clear for acceptance of plinth. Hit in extended lug firmly until bottomed out with scrap piece of material, ensuring that there is no breakout inside the cabinet.
10.0 We recommend that 2 able bodied persons lift the cabinets upright.

What are the quality of your doors like?
Supply Only Bedrooms doors are tested and monitored on quality and reliability of both current and new products and materials. The installation of a calibrated test oven enables the doors to undergo routine internal evaluation to FIRA regulations using British Standard Test Method Part B: Adhesion Performance BS 6222 Part 3 1999, involving exposure of samples to rigorous temperature profiles.
Lot traceability of raw materials throughout our product range provides a key advantage for continuous process control and allows Supply Only Bedrooms to offer unique product identity for all our customers. The aim is to sustain and improve upon quality and to ensure highly reliable products in the market place. This demonstrates and provides assurance to all our customers of our continuous commitment and focus on product quality.
Supply Only Bedroom doors are produced using state of the art CNC and robotic processing machinery, produing consistently high quality products. This process was designed in association with 5 European machinery manufacturers. There are now 5 twin head CNC routers working on the first stage of the process, creating the designs on colour matched board. Advanced internal software uses an optimising system to plan production efficiently based on colour batches, and this information is sent directly to the hard drive of each router.
Supply Only Bedrooms doors are produced on three pressing lines, two of which are fully automated robotic gluing, pressing and trimming lines which are the most advanced of their kind in the world. The robotic gluing ensures a consistent coating using a water-based glue. The glue is initially dried in-line by stacking the batch of doors in purpose-built multi-level ovens (the heat for which is supplied from the factory’s eco friendly heating system). All this attention to detail increases the end product quality and has obvious advantages over traditional hand spraying methods.
What is the height of your supporting legs?
The legs are available in 2 different heights -100mm and 150mm. Please Note that you need to order the correct height plinth when choosing either option and take the leg height into account when measuring from the floor to ceiling.
